Welcome to the Soul Care Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, secure patient portal. Using this portal will result in a welcome email being sent to your email address. Emails are not HIPAA compliant and can be read by someone else that has your email address or your company if it is a work email. You do not have to reply to the email but you can login to the portal and send a secure message to me.

If you would like to register for mental health services, click on the register button and complete all the requested information. You will receive a welcome email to create your own secure password for the secure client area. This portal can be used to schedule consecutive appointments after the intake, journaling, mail, billing, and insurance. The portal is a secure area.
